We have purchased VIP Limo passes to an on-site Drop-Off area for licensed black car and limo services. Drop-offs and staging are allowed Fri-Sun 11am-10pm, staging for pickups is allowed until 11pm. Post 11pm there will be in-bound road closures and are likely to encounter delays.
We wait for you – You don’t wait for us
You will not be looking for transportation at 2:00 am after the Festival. We will schedule your pickup in advance with the assurance that you’re able to stay flexible and in control.

Our Coachella Festival rates include courtesy airport transfer from Palm Springs Airport, to your destination, and return too Palm Springs Airport after the Festival. Includes Transfers to the Festival for Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the Festival weekend, Including a twelve hour hold and wait on each day.
